چکیده
This study examines the association of high involvement nursing work practices with employer-of-choice (magnet) status in a sample of 125 long-term care organizations located in western Canada. Results suggest that high involvement approaches for managing the nursing labour force may be important factors, but insufficient, in predicting magnet strength or for enhancing nurse and resident satisfaction.
